-- How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed you will instantly receive an email confirmation. When your order has been shipped you will then receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain your tracking number. Simply click the "Track My Order" link at the top of this page to track your order via your email address and order number.

-- How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship from our select group of Manufacturer straight to our customer. This allows us to offer the lowest possible prices on the market. While we ship straight to you, directly passing the savings on, delivery times may range from 10-18 business days. If your order is still in this delivery time frame, please do not panic - it's still on it's way! If it is outside this time frame, please contact us at the email address at the bottom of this page.

Our company is located in the United States.

-- What are your customer service hours?
Our support team is online 8-10 hours per day, Monday through Friday, and 6 hours on Saturday. Please allow up to 48 hours for a support response.

-- What is your Refund Policy?
Our refund policy is dependent on the product that you've purchased. To see our exact policies, please our refund policy page for more information. All goods that arrived damaged or broken are eligible for a replacement.

-- Do you offer discount for bulk purchases?
